Our Schofields, Lillyana Street Early Learning Centre provides a nurturing, stimulating environment for children from six weeks to six years old, under the guidance of a passionate team of expert educators.
Our Schofields location joins the ranks alongside our other centres including our Tallawong childcare centre, our The Ponds childcare centre, our Marsden Park Childcare and so many more!
Children will enjoy a diverse indoor learning environment divided into dedicated spaces to develop their skills, such as a wooden blocks construction zone to enhance numeracy, a STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) area focused on science learning experiences, and a tranquil reading corner to boost literacy skills.
In the outdoor learning environment, the focus is on physical activity, exploration, creativity and collaboration inspired by a range of equipment and open space.
Educator’s balance planned play-based learning experiences with time for child-led learning, rest and reflection to enhance the unique talents and interests of each individual child.
Children up to age three take part in in the tailored Evolution Program, while those between three and five join the Transition to School Program.
To encourage healthy eating habits, children enjoy five nutritious meals a day prepared by an in-house cook.
All nappies and wipes are included. Cot linen provided (excludes stretcher bed linen).

Nicole has always had a deep passion for working with young children, driven by their innate ability to learn and grow. With over 20 years in the childcare industry, Nicole has gained experience in various roles, from trainee to Centre Manager. She has earned bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology, complemented by a TAE (Training and Assessment Education) qualification, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education currently underway.
Nichole’s vision is to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child is treated as an individual and provided with personalised learning and care experiences. She aims to promote a strong sense of belonging and security for both children and their families.
For the staff, Nicole maintains an open-door policy and ensures that she adapts her approach to suit their unique personalities. This encourages positive, solution-focused conversations and celebrates successes. Nicole is committed to continually evolving the centre, integrating innovative educational approaches and resources to support both children and staff in their growth and development.
