Our experience with this childcare centre has been positive. The educators have done wonderfully job in nurturing young minds to grow into confident kids.There were a few issues like any other centre, but the centre manager (Ms Nicole) n the management listened to parent feedback and made improvements.Ms Nicole you are simply the best doing an amazing job along with your team. You are always open for feedback from parents and you make sure those are acted on.

The centre at Lilyana St is amazing. The staff are all long serving and so dedicated to the kids, they are nurturing our children in the most amazing way led by Nichole. YA Lilyana is an absolutely outstanding center! Our experience so far has been nothing short of excellent, anchored by their truly incredible values. We're particularly impressed with the innovative programs they've introduced—from healthy eating competitions and sustainable projects using recycled materials (cardboard, bottle caps, etc.) to the hygiene challenge that expertly encourages children to take responsibility for their own habits even at our homes. The junior preschool healthy eating competition, in particular, has been a game changer at home, inspiring our whole family to enjoy a wider variety of fruits and vegetables. The individualized care they provide is exceptional; they diligently work on each child's specific goals and attend to every interest. Nicole runs a wonderfully organised centre where every educator is friendly, encouraging, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing. We are so very happy with this centre. Our daughter has been there since she was in the nursery room and the care and effort that each educator has put in has been so appreciated. Each and every educator has imparted knowledge, love and care for our little one. My firstborn began at this center at just 10 months, and as an anxious first time mum, I was extremely happy with the care from all staff working there. They are kind, caring and friendly and took wonderful care of her.Fast forward 3 years and I now have 2 girls attending this center and I am still happy with the care, love and support that all staff give daily. The new manager is vibrant, always welcoming and genuinely cares for all the families and kids. My oldest never wants to leave, and over the years has formed some amazing friendships with her peers but also her teachers (who all work incredibly hard).

As first time parents, we were a bit anxious and wondered as to how our son would come out of his cocooned sheltered environment and adjust to the outdoorsy child care centre. After much scouting and waiting patiently, we found Young Academics, Schofields near our place.Initial tears compounded by several bouts of illness followed and then he slowly adjusted. In this crucial phase, we found the staff especially Karishma Kaushal and other child carers very patient and highly understanding of our ordeal. We needed daily updates and they were very considerate and welcoming with their feedbacks on our son’s progress.Still early years but now our son is slowly but surely adjusting and enjoying his time at the centre.We can actually see his excitement, growth and all round development courtesy everyone at the centre. Kudos,gratitude and appreciation from both of us to this centre.Also, the centre Manager Jodie at the helm is one of the most exuberant and positive persons we have met. Updates and observations are given at each chance encounter. I wish her and all the staff the very best and would highly recommend Young Academics Schofields for every parents who wanta safe, hygienic, caring and nurturing environment for their child’s early journey into life.

As a first time mum I was so anxious about putting my daughter to a childcare however the warmth and welcome by YA Schofields (Lillyana St) director as well as staff put my mind to ease. Initially I would call so many times a day and every time the staff answering my call were such a pleasure to talk to and would never mind me calling so much.Another positive point is the effort YA put in for their yearly Christmas party, Mother’s Day event, Easter Parade and many more. Since the beginning my daughter has always been very happy at the childcare. Moreover, she would talk about things taught by the educators Ms Maddy & Ms Jodie. Furthermore, we saw a great deal of improvement in her personality and general knowledge.We seriously wish Young Academics had started operating when they had the plans to open and that would have given my daughter few more months of memories to cherish.At the graduation ceremony we saw tears in and Ms Maddy’s eyes bidding farewell to kids - that goes to show the bonding she has with kids. This is a fabulous centre - if you are lucky enough to secure a position here TAKE IT - the staff are consistently incredible throughout the whole centre and the Centre Manager and Team of Educators always go above and beyond for the children.
