My son has been with the center just over a year now and our last 12+ months have been amazing. Christy the center manager is amazing and works with you to help with any issues you bring forward.The girls in the baby to toddler rooms go above and beyond for the kids to make sure they are getting the best education possible.The rooms are are always clean and set up for fun activities. I know my son is getting nutritional meals as the in house chef makes sure all kids are catered to.My son loves going to daycare and I thank all the girls who have helped him on his learning journey. Basically all of you have been with him since the center opened and we appreciate the hard work you put into our kids.

I can’t speak highly enough of Young Academics Dharruk. The team strikes the perfect balance of being kind, firm, and genuinely focused on what my children need to thrive.They run a great daily routine that gives my boys structure and consistency, and the meals are amazing — fresh, nutritious food prepared daily by their in-house chefs. It’s such a comfort knowing they’re being well looked after in every way.What really stands out is their communication and responsiveness. They’re quick to act on any situation and always keep me informed, which gives me real peace of mind. I have 2 boys attending Young Academics 3 days a week. My 4 year old is nonverbal Autistic and the educators go above and beyond to accomodate his needs giving me peace of mind whilst he is in care. Highly recommend Young Academics!

- CENTRE MANAGER
Christy brings over 13 years of experience in early childhood education, progressing from educator to senior leadership roles.
She holds a Certificate III and Diploma in Children’s Services, a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching (0-6 years), a Diploma of Leadership and Management, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Disability and Support for Children (0-6 years). As Centre Manager, she is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where children and families feel supported, with a strong focus on relationships, communication, and community connection.

Young Academics Dharruk supports families in accessing the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to make childcare more affordable. Our team provides guidance on eligibility, entitlements and how CCS is applied, ensuring a smooth and supportive enrolment experience.
Dharruk makes learning meaningful by tailoring experiences to each child’s interests, strengths and development. Through nature-based play, sensory learning and collaborative experiences, educators create engaging opportunities that foster confidence, curiosity and a genuine connection to learning.
Educators at our Dharruk centre makes the first day feel special with a warm, welcoming environment and calm, supportive routines. Educators take the time to build trust, helping children settle at their own pace through play, connection and familiar spaces that encourage a sense of belonging.

At Dharruk, your child’s safety and wellbeing are our top priority. We follow the NSW Child Safe Standards and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
All educators hold a current Working With Children Check and complete mandatory Child Protection training. Our secure environments, clear policies and proactive risk management support children to explore and learn safely with confidence.
