At Young Academics Schofields Westminster, we believe in nurturing young minds and fostering a lifelong love for learning. Our state-of-the-art early learning centre is designed to provide a safe, stimulating and enriching environment for children aged six weeks to six years.
Our research-based curriculum is tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of each child. It integrates play-based learning, Young Academics principles, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) activities to encourage critical thinking and creativity. Children up to age three participate in the tailored Evolution Program, while those between three and five join the Transition to School Program.
Our 3 learning spaces are thoughtfully designed, blending indoor and outdoor environments to provide a holistic learning experience. From cosy reading corners to dynamic outdoor classrooms, we believe in the power of varied settings to enrich a child’s learning journey. Innovative indoor learning zones are spacious and well equipped designed to cater to different learning styles and interests. Our expansive outdoor play area features elements such as climbing structures, obstacle courses and imaginative play spaces. With sandpits, stepping stones and 2 separate age appropriate playgrounds, the zone encourages physical development, spatial awareness and risk taking in a supervised and secure environment.
Healthy eating habits are cultivated from a young age. At Young Academics daycare Schofields Westminster St, we provide nutritious, balanced meals and snacks prepared on site. Our menus are carefully curated to offer a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and protein. We accommodate dietary restrictions and work closely with families to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.

Brooke has always been passionate about teaching children and nurturing their growth and development. Her motivation to pursue a career in early childhood education is rooted in her commitment to creating a safe environment where children can thrive and develop autonomy.
With over 13 years of experience in the childcare sector, Brooke’s journey began with a traineeship, leading her to take on various roles across different childcare services. She has worked in both large and small settings, gaining a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
Brooke holds a Diploma of Early Childhood and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Early Childhood (birth to 8 years), further enhancing her qualifications as a Centre Manager.
Her vision for the Schofields Westminster centre is to establish a community hub that supports children and families by connecting them with local groups and services, thereby increasing their access to valuable networking opportunities. Brooke is dedicated to cultivating a team culture that emphasises continuous learning and critical thinking to enhance overall practices.
