I highly recommend Young Academics Mortdale! My daughter started daycare here about 6 months ago and she absolutely loves it. She has opened up so much since starting and is a lot more confident in social situations, which is all thanks to the lovely educators.They are all so kind and caring, and you can see they take an active interest in each child's development. They also do lots of fun and interesting activities with the children each day and make sure to keep parents updated through the app on how their child is going throughout the day.I was nervous about sending my daughter to daycare, but I could not be happier with YA Mortdale :)

It tells a parent a lot when their child runs to the front door and this has been our experience (once our son settled in of course). My toddler loves his educators, so much that we have named characters from his favourite books after them.The educators have been amazing in helping him adjust and settle and truly, if it weren’t for them, who knows how long this would have taken. Now he gets excited for his day at YA!

Could not be happier with this daycare centre! My toddler has been attending for 5 months and absolutely loves it. All staff and educators are so loving and passionate. The food on offer is delicious. The activities are fun and engaging. My toddlers speech has improved astronomically since attending. The location is easy to get to with ample car parking. Really, really good daycare and I'm so glad I enrolled my little one here. The app is also great to get live feedback on how they're going/eating/sleeping etc.

We’ve had such a great experience with Young Academics Early Learning Centre Mortdale.The girls moved over from their old daycare really well thanks to the support from the team. It made the transition so much easier for us.The staff are lovely, the centre is always clean and well resourced, and we feel really comfortable leaving them there.They especially love the outdoor play area and always come home happy after a big day.

My son loves going Young Academics. The environment is so welcoming. All the staff are amazing helpful Jess amazing staff at front desk with always smile 😃 on her face. You guys are amazing working in the sector handling these little one is not easy need a lot patience thank you entire team inc Arju, Lauren, Jessica, Manita,Lara, Lauren.Special thank to Sewani who helped us to get more information about children care at the very beginning & site visit. Cannot recommend YA Mortdale enough! The team are incredible and create a loving and welcoming atmosphere. My daughter is so happy there and it would be hard to pick who her favourite educator is because she gets so excited to see them all (and I feel like they’re just as excited to see her)! There are many wonderful child care centres that provide healthy meals and enriching activities, but none that I’ve visited have had the same happy vibe

This is hands down the best childcare I have toured/sent my children to. I had searched so many child care centres previously and I was astounded at the state of some of the other centres. From the moment I walked into young academics Mortdale I knew it was the one. It is clean, has great staff, on site chef prepared meals and an open & spacious outdoor area. My pre schooler learnt more here in a few months then what she did in a year at another centre. The directors Jess and Sewani are extremely friendly and welcoming and great at what they do. They genuinely love children and Jess goes above and beyond to make sure all the children feel special. Highly recommended.

Our baby girl has been attending Young Academics Mortdale since they first opened last year, starting when she was just 5 months old. She’s now 1.5 and absolutely thriving! Jess, the director, is so warm and welcoming — she truly sets the tone for the centre. All of the educators are fantastic, caring, and genuinely love what they do.The centre itself is new, beautifully clean, and thoughtfully laid out, making it such a calm and happy space for the children. Even our older son, who attends casually during school holidays, enjoys it so much that he wishes he could go full-time too!We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful daycare for our children. Highly recommend Young Academics Mortdale to any local families. ❤️

As first time parents, we were so anxious about putting our daughter into childcare but the Jess and wonderful team have been amazing. The purpose built centre is open and well designed - with a large covered area, great play area and indoor space. The team line up great activities for the kids and are continuously improving and always open and receptive to feedback! Keep up the great work!!

We are so happy with Young Academics, Mortdale! The centre is new, nicely laid out, huge playground, and always kept clean. The managers and teachers are warm, personable, intelligent , caring and keep us informed of our children's wellbeing and progress. There are always new and interesting activities, as well as weekly events. My children are learning so much and are really happy there, as well as finding new friends.If you are looking for a childcare centre, or want to change to a better one, I highly recommend YA Mortdale.Thanks so much YA Mortdale team!

Young Academics in Mortdale is a wonderful daycare! The facilities are brand new with lots of space for the kids to play and run around. The staff is amazing, caring and nurturing and I have not noticed turnover, which is very unusual in the industry. My boy has been thriving there and is very excited to start playing as soon as I drop him off. I highly recommend this center!

Young Academics Mortdale is a wonderful daycare to send your kids! The facility is new and well set out to provide kids with plenty of room to play, even during hot or wet days with a large undercover outdoor area.The centre has a team of awesome educators who are committed and genuinely care for the kids. The team are very accommodating to children requiring specific/additional support and you can rest assure that your kids are in good hands.Our kids love YA Mortdale - they get so excited to go to daycare and it's a challenge to get them to leave during pickup! Its been great to see the community of families grow in such a short time and our family would highly recommend other families to visit Jess and team at YA Mortdale if you're looking for a daycare for your kids.

Young Academics has been such a blessing for our family. From the moment our daughter started, we felt the genuine care and warmth of the educators and staff. We are really happy with YA Mortdale. We moved from Erskineville to Oatley 6 months ago and so dang lucky this place was newly opened so had spots avail. Everything is new and clean and probably bit more loved with kids germs now but still looks pristine.Was nervous about our toddler (2yo wild gal who with big emotions) moving to new place as she really loved her old daycare but she absolutely adores this place and the educators (shout out to Manita and Sharni who I rekn she likes more than her parents!).The only call out is that the centre bit more challenging to walk in to as it's on third level of a little mini shopping centre (only has dozen or so stores) and can't leave pram at the daycare. But they do have allocated parking for the daycare so it's really easy to drive. Woolies on ground floor too so really convenient for groceries.We'd recommend this place to anyone. Jess is the centre manager there and a legend - super friendly, knowledgeable and great with parents and kids. You should def check it out. Cheers.

As a first-time mum, I was nervous about enrolling my daughter in childcare when returning to work, but I couldn’t be happier with Young Academics Mortdale.Jess, Lauren, Phoebe, and the rest of the Nursery team are incredible. They genuinely care about the children's wellbeing and go above and beyond to ensure each child feels safe and comfortable. The range of activities they offer supports the children’s physical, social, and emotional development. My daughter settled in quickly and is thriving thanks to their exceptional care.

Young academics is a secure, clean and very well equipped center. My little one loves the all weather outdoor play area. The staff are professional and friendly, they made us feel very comfortable from the first day. The center is easily accessible with plenty of parking. We are very happy there.

We love Young Academics Mortdale! I was so pleased with how quickly our son transitioned and found his home there. Within the week he was running in the door and waving us off! The beautiful teachers and the in-house chef do an amazing job and the space is generous and clean with a beautiful fit-out. The massive outdoor area in particular is a winner! I love that he never misses out on outside time even if is raining due to the size of the external undercover protection. Would highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with Young Academics Mortdale! The care, kindness, and dedication of all the staff are fantastic. Jess, the centre manager, is wonderful and is there every day to greet us with a huge smile. Young Academics Mortdale is a fantastic centre. My son started school there last year and immediately settled in and absolutely loves going to school. I feel that this is directly related to the amazing teachers and facility at Mortdale. I will forever be thankful to the team (and in particular his favourite teacher Ms Shani) for making this a great experience and making us all feel so comfortable with our boy starting school and being away from home. The facility is brand new with a huge outdoor area, you can tell everything has been carefully planned and thought out, the kids absolutely love playing outside, and given the way it was designed they are completely protected from the elements and weather which is so great. The app that the centre uses is fantastic and the amount of photos we get throughout the day is so appreciated. Thank you again YA Mortdale team!

I highly recommend Young Academics, Mortdale. The educators are extremely nurturing and will go above and beyond to help the children settle into care. Fantastic facility. Amazing staff. We moved from another local daycare to Young Academics mid-2024 and our son couldn’t be happier. He is thriving and growing so much. He absolutely loves going to ‘school’ each day and has the most incredible relationships with his educators. My toddler was one of the first kids in care at this centre and we are beyond happy with Young Academics Mortdale!! Similar to any parents new to daycare, I felt very nervous and had a lot of questions and doubt if I was making the right decision for my son. However, meeting Jess and the team instantly made me feel comfortable. They are very accomodating and understanding of the different needs of each child in their care and take the time to really get to know individuals. This centre is very inclusive and holistic in terms of how they educate the children. The staff are very open and honest with any questions or concerns that I have and also very reassuring. If you are looking for support in terms of daycare, you won’t go wrong with Young Academics! (Also a bonus if you go for the dogs and love the wiggles!)

At Young Academics Mortdale, your child’s safety and wellbeing are our top priority. We follow the NSW Child Safe Standards and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child to ensure every child learns in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. All educators hold a current Working With Children Check, complete mandatory Child Protection training, and are supported by our dedicated Child Safety Ambassador. Our secure centre environments, risk management strategies, and clear policies help protect children while supporting their independence and growth.
