Young Academics The Ponds works closely with the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to help families access financial support and make quality childcare in The Ponds more affordable. Our team is here to guide you through the CCS application process, ensuring you understand your eligibility and receive the maximum subsidy available.
Learning is made meaningful at The Ponds through bright indoor areas dedicated to art, music, science, numeracy and literacy, as well as outdoor spaces for problem-solving and nature play. Friday MasterChef cooking experiences also help children connect learning with healthy habits and real-life skills.
The Ponds makes the first day feel special with nurturing educators, light-filled rooms and a welcoming residential location close to local schools and shops. The mix of calm indoor spaces, outdoor play and hands-on activities helps children settle in while families feel reassured.
At The Ponds, children enjoy five nutritious meals prepared daily by the in-house cook, and Friday MasterChef sessions introduce healthy eating in a fun, hands-on way. At Young Academics The Ponds, your child’s safety and wellbeing are our top priority. We follow the NSW Child Safe Standards and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child to ensure every child learns in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. All educators hold a current Working With Children Check, complete mandatory Child Protection training, and are supported by our dedicated Child Safety Ambassador. Our secure centre environments, risk management strategies, and clear policies help protect children while supporting their independence and growth.
