They are amazing with my daughter I never thought my toddler was ready to let go of nappy during the day till they said bring her without nappies and boom she managed it at home too in winter and in a weeks time also I noticed that my toddler language is nice when she want to express her frustration or any unhappy feelings thanks to the staff in her room we appreciate your hard work

I’m very happy with Young Academics Early Learning Centre – Parramatta. The educators are caring, professional, and truly supportive of each child’s development. I have enrolled both my kids at Young Academics. After just a few months, my daughter participated in the admission process for KG. The interviewers were impressed with her performance as she was able to answer all their questions. Thanks to Miss. Shobha and the entire team at the Pre-School division at YA Parramatta.Futhermore she had the confidence to adapt to the new environment with ease and to interact confidently with the educators at the school. I am always pleasantly surprised with the new skills and positive behaviours that my kids learn every month - from new words, songs to dance forms.All the staff exhibits a wonderful mix of professionalism, kindness and care towards the kids - from the moment the kids enter until they leave the premises.Thanks to the center managers Miss. Sarpreet and Gurpreet, as well as the entire staff for such an amazing performance.

I have enrolled my son in July at Young Academics Parramatta centre (Patricia street) and I can't believe how well he adapted to the new environment. He has been to 3 different childcare centres so far and YA is the best . The educators in his room are amazing, they are very caring to his needs and he has made great progress after joining Young Academics Parramatta. Can't thank enough all the educators of preschoolers room and centre director for the unmatched care. Special thanks to Ms Shoba, Ms Kalpa and Ms Ayesha.

YA is the perfect start up for kids..my daughter joined in toddlers section, we are very much happy about her growth ,behaviour, learnings..and the educators are just amazing, I felt very safe when she is with these educators!! With the heavy heart we just discontinued as we are moving from paramatta, Thanks everyone, especially Miss Nidhi, Miss kushboo, Miss Nirali ftom toddlers room, and thanks for the memorable send off. My daughter ll miss you all and your Yoga session mainly❤️

I enrolled my son in Feb 2024 and so far have great experience. I would highly recommend the care and service they provide. I would like to share two examples were the Educators have proven their care and professionalism towards my son. One was yesterday, when I went to drop my son at the Centre. My son has a seperation anxiety when I leave him and the way Educator Jaspreet managed my Son was commendable. She showed so much of empathy, love and care towards my Son. This gave me so much confidence that my Son is in a safe environment and will be looked after well.Another example was when one day my son got fever at the Centre while I was at work. Educator Priya looked after my son so well while I was heading back from work. She liaised with me over the phone on what was happening, he was given medicine after my consent. I was so impressed with the care they provided to my son. This demonstrated their professionalism and care in this situation.I would like to express my gratitude specially to these two staff members and also a big thank you to the center manager Celine who ensures to respond immediately with any queries or concerns we have as a parent. Keep up the good work. I truly appreciate!

We enrolled our son at Young Academics Parramtta in June 2023 the day it opened, and it’s been such a wonderful experience. He started in the nursery room and later transitioned to the Toddler 1 room, where his educators—Shoba Janardhana, Sajini karunaratne, Sarada Gurung, and Nidhi Bhardwaj — have done an incredible job. They’ve created a caring and supportive environment, and our son has learned so much with them. He knows his letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and so much more. He was always excited to go to there each day.Sadly, yesterday was his last day, as we’ve had to move to a new area. We are very sad to leave the center, especially since he has made close friends, and we’ve seen how much he’s thrived under the care of his educators. We’re so grateful to everyone at the center for the love and care they’ve shown our son, and we would highly recommend it to other families.

People at Mays Hills Young Academics are caring and make some special memories for the young kids.Teachers go above and beyond to give the children the best possible learning experience.Process of getting the kids settled down is amazingly quick. My son is really happy seeing Rani, Priya, Sathya and the other teachers. Even the teachers from Toddlers room are aware of the children in nursery.Thank you guys for your support and extraefforts. I joined my son recently and really loved my experience with Young Academics Mayshill staff and management, they are very helpful.My son always very curious and excited to go to the school and loves his "show and tell group time" in the preschool room. The staff are very friendly and give lot of care to the children. Their program makes my child became independent and confident in building connections with other children and also in his communication.I would like to say "Thank you to all staff and management". I really recommend YA Mayshill centre for your child.

With over 15 years of experience, Sarpreet is a passionate Centre Manager at Parramatta, dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. She is inspired by children’s curiosity and works to foster a love of learning through engaging, supportive experiences.
Sarpreet holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, along with certifications in First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and Food Safety, ensuring a strong focus on safety and quality care.
Her vision is to create an inclusive centre where children feel confident to explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
