What a wonderful experience meeting the director and witnessing her commitment to the safety and well-being of children. Her warm personality speaks for her devotion to the quality of care itself. This place is a gem! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The staff are incredibly friendly and make an effort to know each child and parent by name. My boy has made so many friends and is always talking about the fun things he did at daycare. The facility is spotless, and the outdoor play area is a big hit. We couldn't ask for a better place for our son.

We love this place, and so does our child. The staff here are fantastic! As full-time working parents, we really appreciate how nice and caring the staff are. The Director is very involved and works closely with parents. The teachers are also very engaging and really care about each child. With nearly a decade of experience in children’s services, Fareeha has dedicated her career to early childhood education. Inspired by the joy of stimulating children’s curiosity and guiding their exploration of the world, Fareeha finds immense satisfaction in forming close, supportive relationships with both children and their families. Holding a Diploma in Children’s Services and a Graduate Certificate in Education (Learning and Leadership), Fareeha combines practical experience with advanced qualifications to effectively lead and manage Baulkham Hills.
She envisions creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where every child feels supported, secure, and respected. Her goal is to foster an educational atmosphere that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Baulkham Hills works closely with the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to ensure that families receive the financial assistance they need to make quality childcare affordable. Our team can guide you through the process of applying for CCS and ensure you receive the maximum eligible amount.
At Baulkham Hills, we tailor our curriculum to meet the individual needs and interests of each child. Our educators use a range of learning strategies to engage children in meaningful, hands-on activities that promote curiosity and development. We believe in fostering an environment where every child feels valued and supported.
We understand that the first day of childcare can be a big step for both children and parents. At Baulkham Hills, we make sure the first day is filled with warmth, care, and fun activities to help children feel comfortable and confident. Our educators work closely with parents to ensure a smooth transition.
At Baulkham Hills, we prioritise the health and well-being of children by providing nutritious, balanced meals that support their growth and development. At Young Academics Baulkham Hills, your child’s safety and wellbeing are our top priority. We follow the NSW Child Safe Standards and ensure all educators hold a Working With Children Check and complete mandatory Child Protection training. Our secure, nurturing environment and protective behaviours programs help children feel safe, confident, and empowered to learn and grow.
