- CENTRE MANAGER
With over 28 years of experience, including 20 years as a Centre Manager, Leanne is a highly experienced leader in early childhood education. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and is currently completing a Bachelor of Education.
Leanne is passionate about supporting children during their formative years, creating inclusive environments where they can learn, explore, and thrive. She champions a child-led, play-based approach that nurtures wellbeing, creativity, and critical thinking.

Young Academics Kingswood supports families in accessing the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to make childcare more affordable. Our team provides clear guidance on eligibility, entitlements and how CCS is applied to your fees.
Our Kingswood centre makes learning meaningful by tailoring experiences to each child’s interests and development. Through hands-on learning, real-world experiences and play-based exploration, children build confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning.
Our educators at Kingswood make the first day feel special for children and parents with structured routines and engaging learning spaces that help children settle in with confidence. Strong relationships are built from day one, supporting a smooth transition for both children and families.

At Kingswood, child safety is embedded into every part of the day. We follow the NSW Child Safe Standards, creating a culture where children feel secure, respected and supported.
Our educators are rigorously trained, hold current Working With Children Checks and follow clear child protection policies. With secure environments, active supervision and ongoing safety reviews, children are supported to explore, learn and grow with confidence.
