Located in the growing Macarthur region on Lodges Road, Young Academics Elderslie is a purpose-built early learning centre catering to up to 130 children aged six weeks to five years. Designed with scale and community in mind, the centre features spacious, well-resourced learning environments and expansive outdoor play areas, providing a safe, nurturing, and inspiring space where children can explore, grow, and thrive.
At Young Academics Elderslie, we are committed to delivering high-quality early education through a balance of structured learning, play-based experiences, and strong relationships with families. Our experienced educators are passionate about supporting every child’s unique journey, helping them build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our indoor environments are warm, engaging, and designed to support focused learning. Equipped with state-of-the-art security and age-appropriate resources, each classroom promotes both independence and collaboration.
The centre’s outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed to encourage physical activity, imaginative play, and social connection. Children are given opportunities to engage with nature, explore seasonal changes, and develop their motor skills in a safe, stimulating setting.
Healthy eating habits are cultivated from a young age. At Young Academics, we provide nutritious, balanced meals and snacks prepared on site. Our menus are carefully curated to offer a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and protein. We accommodate dietary restrictions and work closely with families to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.
A Curriculum That Grows With Your Child
Our curriculum is tailored to suit the unique needs and interests of each child. It includes early literacy, numeracy, creative arts, physical activity, and social-emotional development. We champion hands-on learning, with integrated STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) experiences that build critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Children aged up to three participate in our Evolution Program, designed to support early development and discovery. Children aged three to five join our Transition to School Program, which helps them build confidence and school readiness.

With 17 years of experience in early childhood education, Renee brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. She is a skilled and empathetic leader dedicated to creating nurturing, high-quality learning environments.
Renee holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has completed extensive professional development in leadership and child development. She is committed to fostering inclusive spaces where children feel safe, respected, and inspired to explore their world.
Her approach centres on collaboration with families, educators, and the community, believing that strong partnerships are key to every child’s success.
