I highly recommend all the teachers at young academics toongabbie. They are all so kind, gentle and loving towards my kids. I have no regrets in enrolling them at the centre, i feel very comfortable in leaving my kids in their care as I know they would treat and love them like their own.Their efforts and their teaching doesn’t go unnoticed :)

It’s always lovely to find an amazing company to deal with and Young Academics is. They came to our restaurant for a little excursion with the children. Our family has been with Young Academics Toongabbie for the past seven years with all 3 children attending from a young baby until transitioning into school, and overall, we’ve had a positive experience. The staff are caring and create a safe, engaging environment for the children. Our kids have made great friends, enjoyed fun activities, and learned a lot during their time here.One of the things we appreciate most is the consistency and dedication of the educators. They genuinely care about the children and do their best to support their growth and development. Communication with parents is generally good, and we’ve always felt comfortable approaching the staff with any questions or concerns.That being said, like any daycare, there have been a few areas for improvement over the years. Sometimes, communication could be more proactive, and there have been occasional staffing changes that impacted the routine. However, these challenges have never outweighed the positive experiences our children have had.Overall, YA Toongabbie has been a good choice for our family, and we’re grateful for the care and effort they put into our children. While there’s always room for improvement, we would still recommend it to other families looking for a supportive and reliable daycare.

My son has been attending young academics since he was 18 months old, and overall, our experience has been wonderful. As an overprotective mom, I had a few concerns along the way, but the staff and centre managers (Ashleigh and Boushra) always handled them professionally and with great understanding.The caregivers are warm, attentive, and truly care about the children. The environment is safe, clean, and nurturing.My son has developed strong social skills, enjoys the activities, and looks forward to going every day.I appreciate the open communication and the way they address any questions or concerns with patience and professionalism. This daycare centre has been an absolute gem for my daughter. 🥹My daughter who is now 19months old, started here when she was only 5 months old. I drive 20-30minutes to take my daughter to this daycare simply because it is amazing and ticks all the boxes of my needs for her. I could have easily moved my daughter to a daycare closer to us, but I didn’t and I won’t as she absolutely loves and adores it here. All the staff are very loving and nurturing. Since day dot they have been nothing but amazing and have met all my expectations and needs for my daughter, as we all know, it is very hard for us parents also to be leaving our children in the care of others.I cannot recommend Young Academics Toongabbie enough. Thank you to all the educators even the ones who have left (Seema and Dina) that take care of my daughter on the daily Prianka, Poonam, Neha, Kusum, Belinda and the rest. Thank you for all that you do, Making sure my daughter is well taken care of from her learning needs, fun activities you offer daily, and even the yummy nutritious food you feed her. I would say Young Academics Daycare at Toongabbie is the best childcare centre. 😁 My son Yuvaan 18 months old loves it in Nusery section 🥰. He joined this daycare when he was 9 months old. All the educators are so considerate, kind hearted and supportive of caring kids. They listen to our concerns and also gives us updates on daily basis. They love kids, that’s the most important thing to our family. I can see it’s a people-oriented centre. It has a well organised educational system, which advocates nature, respects different cultures, and designs many activities that children like. Most of them are environmentally friendly and knowledgeable. My Son loves to go to this centre very much, and I would recommend it to all my friends and family.👍🥰😁Thanks to Boushra who has been managing this day care so well. Putting my son at YA Toongabbie was the best decision ever made. My son has been going there since he was 8 months old and now is in a toddler room. After visiting multiple childcares, it was no brainer that YA Toongabbie was the best one considering the philosophy that they follow, the level of care and support they provide to the kid and the family, and the most important thing is how much they invest into each kid to turn them into a wonderful little human being. The educators are fantastic, and it is fascinating to see how they are fostering development through different learning techniques, plays and activities. The centre manager is very friendly, approachable and has a very methodical approach towards child development which leaves us with a peace of mind knowing your kid is in the right hands.

My 2 year old son has been attending Young Academics Toongabbie, and he absolutely loves it there. He finds the environment incredibly positive, and he enjoys playing with his friends. My children love it here! Staff have a genuine love for them and it is so clear that they love each child like their own. The centre manager is always supportive and makes it so easy to place a hundred percent trust in herself and her team and is always available to listen and support our family. This childcare service has made working and juggling the responsibilities of a mum with 2 young children an ease and our family would be lost without these dedicated educators. I have had both children attend YA Toongabbie over the past 6 years. The team is outstanding! My son also had allergies which was never a problem, food was easily tailored for him and no accidents occurred. It’s never easy to leave your children but I love the balance of care, play and education they offer. We also get plenty of daily updates via their app.

Initially I was so worried if my daughter will like in here or not since I already changed her Daycare before. But within 3 weeks she started liking and now she won’t even cry when I drop her. She now participates in all the activities they do in Toddler room and when we are back home she would describe me everything happened what she liked what she did in the Daycare. The staffs are really very nice to the kids and with parents. They would listen if you have any concerns and cooperates. I would definitely recommend Young Acedemics Toongabbie for the Toddlers.I am really happy with the Daycare.

I honestly couldn’t fault this centre, my daughter has been going to this centre since she was 11 months old and has transitioned into the toddlers room. All the staff have been so supportive and accommodating with her needs and helping her to transition as comfortably as possible. Ash the centre manager plays such an amazing role at the centre and is always willing to help out with anything with a smile on her face. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

They gave me peace of mind as a mom. They went out of their way to get to know my son. They helped me with his toilet training and they never judged him unlike others. I had bad experiences with other centres in the past and the trauma was daunting.It came to a point that we have to move houses 15kms away from this centre but I did not transfer my son because i know i could not find a good child care and company as young academics.The enrolments and admin team are also polite and understanding when i had issues.I wanted to say thank you to the YA team especially to Ivana, Ash, Joy, Andrea, Laveena, Belinda and Chaya.Please continue to provide quality and excellence. We will miss you💕

This is amazing everyday I look at this place Young Academy Toongabbie, it feels fresh as NEW as the first day they opened couple of years back. We are so attached to this center and educators that we have decided to buy our property in this area and we did and moved in :) I only can wish this center does not move from here and educators stay here as it is. ONLY recommendation from our side is 'Please DO NOT change' anything. Surely center manager Ivana has everything under control and I thank all the educators in the center for helping our child's development. My little boy has grown up in here and can't thank enough to this center. Wish you all the best.

The centre is always clean and fresh and they continue to update their spaces as well. My boys love the food at the centre. I can’t recommend Young Academics Toongabbie high enough. I have tried a couple of daycares in the area and they are hands down the most dedicated, warm, thoughtful, helpful and collaborative teams I’ve ever seen in a workforce. This is something I have witnessed from management down to each staff member, I am so grateful to the whole team for the effort they put in every day to attend to each child’s needs.

YA Toongabbie is like a second home to my daughter... our family is with them since they started it in Toongabbie.... from day 1 till date the quality is same... infact it only became better with time. We started our journey with YA family with my son's enrollment who goes to year 2 now and then never had a second thought of choosing them again for the second time for my daughter who started going there from the age of 10 months. I cannot recommend young academics Toongabbie enough!! I felt such a positive vibe from the moment we started and have had no worries or issues since. We have been attending this centre for the last three years and it is wonderful to see the genuine care, love and compassion all the staff have for the children. Staff are also very friendly, welcoming and happy to answer/help with any questions parents have. My eldest daughter has really come out of her shell whilst attending young academics and comes home each day with a smile and stories of her fun and creative adventures. In the words of my daughter ‘I love seeing my teachers and friends. School is fun and I’ll never stop loving school’The centre truly feels like you are dropping your child off with family. You have all helped my eldest daughter feel loved and in a place where she feels she belongs and is comfortable to engage in a variety of activities. I cannot thank you enough for the kindness, love and devotion you have shown. My youngest daughter will be starting in the nursery room soon, and the transition from being home with parents to starting day care can usually be quite a scary one, however I have complete faith and confidence in Young Academics Toongabbie - knowing she too will always be in safe hands and love her day care journey as much as her sister did!!

Lovely and caring educators. My big boy loves going there, his always excited about going to Young Academics. My little boy is settling in very quickly too considering it’s his first childcare. He does get abit unsettle at drop off but the educators are quick at settleling him before I leave. Happy kids, happy mum.

The place is welcoming and has experienced and fun educators. Centre manager takes the time to listen and has done a great job for the past 18 months. Parking during pick up/drop off times can be limited otherwise it is a great place for kids. Traffic during peak hours is shocking.
