Young Academics is committed to upholding the Child Safe Standards in our day-to-day operations. We provide ongoing learning and professional development to all educators and staff to ensure they have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of their legal and ethical responsibilities for keeping children safe and protecting their rights.

Our Evolution Program and Transition to School Program are underpinned by a rights-based approach to learning. We recognise the different ways in which children communicate and our educators are responsive and adaptable to each individual child’s needs and approach to learning. Through our programs, children are made to feel safe, supported and informed, and actively participate in their own education and care by being involved in shared decision-making throughout their day.
