SYDNEY, 7 March 2022 Leading early childhood education and care provider Young Academics is opening the doors of its new purpose-built flagship early learning centre in Gregory Hills – and enrolments are already at capacity with 130 children ready to enjoy the state-of-the-art facilities.

Underlining Young Academics’ commitment to delivering the highest quality early learning environments to meet increasing demand in the western Sydney region, the Gregory Hills centre is the latest addition to the highly regarded early learning centre operator’s growing network.

Features of the brand-new centre include eight light-filled rooms, a mini soccer pitch and handball court, a cycle track, spacious sandpits, climbing forts, a professional kitchen and a separate dining room, The Gathering Space, where children will share meals and snacks in a social setting.

Commenting on the opening, Young Academics Founder and Managing Director, James Kazzi, said: “As a company, we are dedicated to becoming New South Wales’ leading early childhood education and care provider by creating future-focused learning environments which stimulate children’s cognitive, physical and social development.

“The quality resources, equipment and interactive indoor and outdoor environments in our Gregory Hills centre create an ideal environment for our industry-leading educators to deliver our signature Evolution and Transition to School programs to help each child reach their full potential during the critical early learning years,” added Mr Kazzi.

The dedicated outdoor environments at Young Academics Gregory Hills have been specifically designed to enhance the gross motor skills, teamwork, and hand-eye coordination of different aged cohorts. The new build includes a tricycle riding track in the toddlers’ outdoor environment, and a pint-sized soccer pitch with goals and professional line markings in the pre-school’s outdoor environment, while the nursery’s garden is packed with features created to encourage safe, sensory play.

Another first-class facility in the new centre is the industrial chef’s kitchen, where trained in-house cooks prepare five nutritious meals each day from a delicious menu created by Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Michelle Theodosi, from The Lifestyle Dietitian. The kitchen will also provide the perfect platform for children to engage in food preparation and cooking classes, and for families to join healthy cooking workshops with Ms Theodosi and her team.

“We can’t wait to welcome the Gregory Hills children and their families to the Young Academics community, and we look forward to watching them enjoy our most exceptional early learning environment yet under the nurturing guidance of our superb staff,” said Mr Kazzi.

Young Academics is located at 47 Rodeo Rd, Gregory Hills and is open from 6.30 am until 6.30 pm from Monday to Friday.
