Just in time for Mother’s Day, we were joined by Michelle Theodosi from The Lifestyle Dietitian, who inspired the children to spoil mum this Mother’s Day, with a simple, nutritious recipe.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 x banana
- 1 x punnet of strawberries
- 2 x kiwi fruits
- 1 x tin of passionfruit pulp
- 1 x punnet blueberries or blackberries
- 1 x handful of green grapes
- 1 x pear
- 4 cups of vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup of muesli
How To Make It:
With an easy method that’s encouraging for children to join in on the fun, this simple recipe allows the whole family to get involved.
1 – Wash and slice all of your fruit in bite-sized pieces
2 – Prepare all of your cups, and layer spoonfuls of yoghurt into each
3 – Top the yoghurt with muesli, approximately ¼ cup in each
4 – Add ½ cup of fruit to each
5 – Drizzle passionfruit pulp on top
6 – Get a spoon… and dig in!
