Our Corporate and Support Functions include teams responsible for finance, marketing, people & culture and business support – putting them right at the heart of our organisation.
Our Finance team monitors, plans, and projects sustainable growth, whilst overseeing financial operations and due diligence across financial control, planning, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Our Marketing team develops, positions, and grows the Young Academics brand in the market through a mix of targeted online and offline activities, as well as overseeing our communications strategy and platforms.
Our People and Culture team oversees the entire human resources function of Young Academics including areas such as talent acquisition, performance, culture and engagement.
Our Business Support team provides critical executive and administrative support, including day-to-day office management.
